All
garment prices include your motif embroidered in one position usually
left breast. Other positions can also be embroidered e.g. sleeve(s) and back
of neck for a small additional charge.
Orders can include any combination of garments, colours and sizes including
children¹s sizes if required.
Design origination charges are FREE for orders of 20+. (Some companies charge
£50.00+ for this service). For orders of fewer then 20 garments, a once
only origination charge or approx. £40.00 would be required.
You are welcome to either post, fax or e-mail your designs in any format you
wish.
Embroidered designs can include up to TEN thread colours at no extra cost.
Designs are retained on file for re-ordering at any time in the future.
Backs of embroidered T-shirts can also be screen printed if required please
allow £2.00 per garment for a one colour motif plus a £20.00 screen
origination charge.
New design embroidery samples will be e-mailed and/or posted for your approval
prior to embroidering your garments.
The CATALOGUE pages on the main menu include a wide selection of items. Prices
will be quoted by return, depending on the quantity required.
All garments are fully guaranteed.
T-shirts
and Sweatshirts can be screen printed using up to six print colours.
You are welcome to mix sweatshirts and T-shirts, using mixed colours and sizes
as required.
Each print colour requires an individual print screen but the first colour is
included free for orders over 36 garments. Additional colours will require a
new screen - £20.00 each plus 50p per extra print colour.
Colour separated, camera ready artwork would be appreciated if possible. If
not available a redrawing charge¹ may be necessary more complicated designs.
Please call for advice.
Garments can be ordered in mixed colours and sizes but care is needed to ensure
the print colour is acceptable. As an obvious example: black print on white
shirts would be fine but we would need to print another colour (possibly white)
on black shirts if these were also required within the same order.
We offer
the very highest quality embroidered patches which can include up to 10 thread
colours on any colour twill background.
Badges can be supplied with either an overlocked (wrap around edge stitched)
OR laser cut and stitched with a 2mm border around the outline.
Badges are normally supplied in regular¹ shapes i.e. circular, oval or
rectangular. Irregular shaped badges can be produced but require a once only
cutter charge of £30.00.
To produce a reasonable level of detail within you design, the minimum badge
size would normally be 75mm (3²). A slightly larger 85mm (3.5²) badge
costs slightly more but would produce even more detail within the design. Small
badges can be made from approx. 40mm we would advise to achieve the best
effect.
For a minimum order of 50 - 99 badges there is a once only design charge of
£40.00. This is waived though for 100+ badges and the badges are
also less expensive.
All badges include a FREE iron-on heat seal backing.
Please feel free to send your artwork in any format you wish and we will make
an artwork copy followed by an embroidered artwork sample which can be e-mailed
or posted for your final approval.
The
minimum order for enamelled badges is 100 but these can be used with different
back fixings as required. You are welcome to order 120 or 145 badges though
for example provided it is over 100.
Back fixings can include a combination of pin and butterfly¹ (the most
common fixing), cufflinks, a brooch type hinge pin, tie clips, stick pins and
button hole tie tacks with a short chain securing the tie.
For example your first 100 badge order might include 20 pairs of cufflinks (40
badges), 40 pin and butterfly¹ and 20 tie clips.
Please note that for tie clips, cufflinks and tie tacks there is a 50p surcharge
for the special mechanism¹ on each badge.
For orders of less than 500 there is a once-only die tooling charge. Customised
shapes can be produced by adding a £30.00 special cutter charge.
Badges can include up to 4 different hard enamel colours.
Please note that lettering on badges is normally achieved by the base metal
(either silver or gold finish) protruding through an enamel colour then ground
off and polished. See examples in the BADGES area.

Bullion
wire blazer or smaller cap badges can be produced from a minimum order of just
5 badges.
Pocket sized blazer badges would normally be up to 85mm (3.5²) and can
made in any outline shape if required.
Your design will be expertly hand reproduced using a selection of coloured background
materials, threads and gold and/or silver bullion wire to produce a superb finish.
We will advice you to help how to achieve the very best finish to show your
design or crest to best effect.
Badges can include lettering with date changes free of charge. eg you could
have 5 badges for your Bowling Club badges with CAPTAIN 2006, CAPTAIN 2007 etc.
up to CAPTAIN 2010 on each badge.
A copy of a sample badge will be e-mailed or posted for your approval prior
to manufacturing your order.
The
minimum order requirement is 50 ties but this does require an £80.00 Jacquard¹
charge to cover the cost of the weaving programme. This is FREE though for orders
of 100+ ties. Repeat orders are then minimum of 50.
Woven ties can be produced in either 100% polyester, 50/50% polyester/silk or
100% pure silk.
Designs can include single or multi-coloured stripes, single, multi- or shadow¹
motifs within the tie.
We offer free design advice to ensure you receive the best possible format from
your design brief. In addition the quality of our ties really is the best available
as I we are sure you will agree.
If you have an existing tie you want copied, no problem - we can do this for
you. Please just post it to us
We will first send you an artwork¹ copy of the design and once this is
approved an actual sample tie will be sent for your final inspection prior to
making the order.
Woven ties are made from a length of specially woven cloth, so the final quantity
may vary up to 10% either way of your order quantity. However, you are only
charged for the quantity actually completed.
Ties can also be produced as a clip-on¹ style if required for a £1.00
per tie surcharge.
Bow ties and Cummerbunds are also available if required - details on request.
We are
one of the few companies able to embroider baseball caps directly in-house,
having dedicated embroidery machines solely for these items.
A wide choice of baseball caps and hats are shown in the CAPS catalogue link
button. Prices will be quoted by return depending on the style and quantity
required.
Because the height of the front cap panels are limited, please keep the maximum
design height to 65mm (2.5²). We will offer free advice if required.
We can also embroider the sides and/or backs with additional designs if required
for a small surcharge.
Minimum
orders for mugs are just 72 (2 trays of 36) and are available in a wide choice
of colours and shapes.
Your designs are wrapped around¹ the mug and kiln glazed so you are welcome
to have a different motif on different sides of the mug, provided the colours
used are the same.
As with screen printing each print colour does cost extra and there is a special
carriage charge of £25.00 for these items.
The
minimum quantity is just 25 and you can choose 1, 2 or 3 fabric colours for
the canopy and prices fall for orders over 50 and 100+.
We then print either one, two or four panels as required. For example you might
want royal blue and white umbrella panels with a royal blue design printed on
1, 2 or 4 of the alternate white panels. 2 printed panels are the most popular
option.
You can also select a light or dark wood handle OR a moulded black polypropylene
handle as required.

All
orders are despatched by a next day carrier and charged at £6.00 per carton.
Urgent 10.00 AM next day carriage is available at extra cost.
Orders are normally despatched within 3 4 weeks but special deadlines
can usually be accommodated if necessary.
All
prices quoted throughout our catalogue are ex-VAT @ 17.5%.
Exceptions are BFPO customers outside the U.K. and trade customers within the
EC provided they have a VAT number.
Export orders outside the EC are also VAT exempt.
Payment
is required in advance for all orders. This can be either by cheque, VISA or
MASTERCARD.
Trade customers are also welcome to pay by BACS.
We are able to offer a strictly 30 days net for new customers once your credit
facility has been approved.
