All prices are subject to VAT where applicable (children's garments zero rated).

VAT registered EU customers supplied VAT free on provision of VAT details, otherwise UK VAT charged at current rate.

All goods are guaranteed for quality of workmanship. Where a genuinely faulty item is returned, it will be replaced or the price paid will be refunded.

Payment with Order. Major Credit Cards accepted.

Strictly 30 days for approved accounts. Account facilities can be established on receipt of satisfactory bank and two trade references. Otherwise pro-forma basis until account facilities established. Goods must be paid for in full prior to dispatch.

Overdue accounts charged at 4% per calendar month in addition to legal and/or collection charges incurred. A £20 surcharge will be applied for returned cheques.

Customers are requested to confirm orders, additions and alterations to orders in writing by email, fax or post.

All origination remains the property of Ensign Motifs and is retained pending repeat orders. Where an order is cancelled, Ensign Motifs reserves the right to charge for any design and origination work that has already been completed. Should the retrieval for design data be required a charge will be made.

All goods remain the property of Ensign Motifs until paid for in full.
